We want you to love your White Fox items, but if something isn't quite right, we offer returns for store credit within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in original condition with tags attached and free of any makeup or deodorant stains.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and hygiene seals are fully intact.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.
Receive Store Credit
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, you will receive an email containing your White Fox store credit voucher to use on your next haul.
